            I use DCA for most of my imaging and up until recently have not had any issues. I had imaging done in February and then a follow up appointment in March for the same area. I did owe my co-pay for both visits. I went to a different location than I usually go to because of scheduling conflicts. When I completed the pre-registration online, I was asked for my billing information which I provided. At no time did anyone consult me on the fees dues for the visits and I never received a receipt. Instead, my debit card was charged with a fee that is an estimate for how much out of pocket my insurance doesn't cover. I have called both my insurance provider and DCA and have still not received true information regarding if I was billed twice for the same procedure. Also, according to my insurance provider, the difference in my our of pocket and their "services rendered" fee is approximately $100. Since this deals with insurance and not a private service done, I have to rely on outside parties to weigh in on this and I want to know if the difference proves to be correct when can I expect the funds returned?
