It was a pleasure speaking with you this morning. I understand your original installation schedule was pushed back from October to November 13th. When we spoke yesterday, I told you that the technicians would commence installation upon arrival. While they arrived a couple hours later than anticipated, they did begin work and we expect to be complete today. For that reason, I find the timing of your review to be troubling.
I appreciate your feedback and sincerely apologize for the challenges you faced during the accessibility lift installation -- particularly the communication issues that you've cited. As you know some of the delays were compounded by factors such as the slab preparation and modifications to the accessibility lift design from the initially contracted specifications. While we recognize the impact these issues had on the project timeline we certainly acknowledge our part in poor communication. We are actively working to enhance our communication processes and project management to prevent similar challenges in the future. I sincerely hope we can have a good relationship with our service department moving forward and look forward to completing your lift ASAP.
