            Building a new pool and needed transplants and new landscaping. Spoke with ***** who promised to get back to me, never heard from her again. Called back and spoke to ****, said he'd call me back in 15 minutes. Never heard from him again. Called a third time, sent pictures and was told I'd have a price back that day. Never heard from them the third time. So sadly typical of *******, and this was the company recommended by ***********. Call them if you want nothing done.

            This is unfortunate! We are a family run business and we pride ourselves in customer service.  We have been in business for over 30 years in Manatee and Sarasota counties.
            We had a family member admitted to Manatee memorial on August 10th (the day Mr. M***** initially called)
            For the next week; our efforts and focus were on our family member. 
            We appreciate the importance of timely responses and this incident is not a reflection of our typical practices.
