              We had to hire a lawyer because they will not provide legible receipts and they are corrupt like our builder **** ***** Homes - don't use either of them - ever. We sent them through our lawyer a Sworn Statement of Account that Legally, under Florida Statues require them to respond with any work and cost they did for us - they never responded so what does Paradise and **** ***** have to hide other than stealing from us. We are now in contact with the State Attorney and Department of Business and Professional Regulation. Whatever you do - do not use either of these companies.

              This is an unfounded claim. We work directly for the builder, ****************, and have never been in contact with this homeowner. We were contracted through the builder to provide and install a paver driveway. We provided the exact material and service as specified and contracted. Upon receiving a request from the homeowner's lawyer, all information that was requested was sent on to the builder, as they had simultaneously requested that more information be added to our invoice per the lawyer's request. We had received confirmation from the builder that they had submitted everything. For reference our proposal matched the pricing on our invoice. We have nothing to hide, as there is nothing to hide. Again, this claim is baseless and serves no purpose other than defaming ** and as a result should be rescinded.

              They obviously did not read the letter from the lawyer or understand the ******* Statute that requires them to respond to my lawyer. I still expect a breakdown of their expenses and I had asked the builder to in no way use them due to their high prices and average work. The are in default of a ******* Statute and expect them top be fined, license suspended or revoked.

              We did read the letter and were advised that everything should be sent to the builder, to whom which our work was contracted with. Additionally, it came into question who the actually homeowner was because the house sold around that same time. We work for a vast number of builders and our pricing is competitive and our service and workmanship are of high quality to say the least, otherwise we would not be in such high demand. I wish to elaborate more and list our proposals and invoices on this specific project but unfortunately cannot due to a combination of remaining respectful despite these accusations and the nature of the BBB's policy regarding potential identification of the customer. We will gladly comply and send this client's lawyer the information as requested but will need his contact information (lawyer's address or email to receive information) at this time along with the specific request of what information is desired, however; we will require for this post, the bad ****** review, and any and all other damaging claims be removed beforehand.

              All I can say is their quote was $50k. I did the work myself acting as the contractor for $28k - end of story, you draw your own conclusion.

              That is an outright lie and an exaggeration of 4.5 times the cost of this project. Unfortunately, it does not appear that these bogus claims will be withdrawn; but as evidence shows we tried our best to offer this client what they pretended to be looking for only for them to disregard that. Apparently, their ulterior motive was to use this as another forum for unjust defamation. In summary, we work for a builder that built this client's house, we do not work with client's on a personal level for this builder, we never had any contact with this client, he hired a lawyer demanding contractual information that was contracted between our company and the builder, we were advised to send all the information to the builder since it was with whom we had been contracted and paid, false claims have been posted with this being the latest, we tried to work through this in hopes of a resolution and rightfully clearing our name, our offerings went unacknowledged, and lastly additional false claims were made. It is truly unfortunate that such unfounded claims can be publicly posted without consequence, and any evidence, when we work so hard on always doing the right thing.

              I have ********** in writing - I have my invoice in writing - happy to send to you and please don't start name calling - that is just juvenile and immature and you are showing your emotional intelligence. I had instructed ********** to not use you in any capacity. You never responded to the builder since he never sent to ** - so if you have an issue it is with Blue Water and not me. As far as me and my lawyer are concerned and the **************** you broker the law and a complaint has also been filed with The *************** ********** of ******** and Public Regulation. I don't make the law, but you or you builder made a mistake and will be held accountable. I also now plan on telling all my friends and family how your response is aggressive and on the border of threatening and they will all post negative reviews of your company too.You and *** are going to need a lawyer.Have a good day and learn some self control.
