We hired this business a year ago to replace mostly carpet and some tile a year ago with vinyl plank flooring, a little paint and a backsplash. The only thing that worked out for us is the backsplash. The floor has begun cracking in several areas and when we reached out to the contractor, he simply blamed it on the "water damage," which we had none. When we got a second expect opinion, it was very evident that the floor was with best practices in mind and they didn't level the floor, nor check for humidity (in order to treat those areas). We now have 2000 sq. ft. of floor that needs to be replaced and the owner simply stopped replying to us after making the initial excuse, in which he also included several exclamation points. Not to mentioned that negotiation was iffy at best, because the numbers didn't initially add up. No paperwork was ever provided and we are only left with a trail of bank confirmed payments for this job. Very disappointed in the outcome of this transaction and planning to pursue in small claims court. Do not expect high quality work, at least when it comes to vinyl plank flooring from this business. Certainly not an ethical business to partner with from our perspective.
