During Hurricane Ian threat to Tampa I found myself needing a new place IMMEDIATELY.  I found a used 5th wheeler at RV World that met my needs.  This is literally a mom/pop organization-deceitful and unprofessional.  Due to my timely situation I let my guard down. Duh. The unit was priced above going rate.  They told me they would not test the unit until I paid a deposit????  (What if they found a flaw that needed a new part that took weeks to deliver??) Plus NO warranty after purchase.  They would not take my debit card-cash only (so consumer cannot cancel).  I was desperate, I paid deposit.  On top of inflated price they later charged a “dealer fee” $499. They sent my license plate to wrong address (of course they had the right address as they delivered).  Plus I was charged a $500 delivery PLUS a set up fee (other places delivered for free and average fee to relocate after initial delivery that distance is $200).  RV World told me they did not know if a fee until day of delivery as the driver would be a subcontractor. Lie.  I found a few needed repairs that could not be tested prior to delivery (smoke detectors, leaks in drainage lines, etc.)  They refused to address. I had questions on set up/operation. RV World mostly said they did not know, or gave wrong answer, or answer contradictory to what the delivery guy said.  Eventually I asked to talk to the delivery guy-at first they said he was off that week- now they ignore my emails altogether.   I had to pay someone else, again, for answers and set up properly.  Do Not Trust Them!!!
