Stay as far as possible from this company if you value your time, your money and yourself.
They will not honor anything they say over the phone or in person.
I was assured 100 % twice that they will match the CarMax offer that I had in hand. Drove all the way there, spent quite some time for their used car manager to tell me that he will call me within an hour so we can work the deal out.
Since it was a long drive from my house I just waited and drove around there, and guess what? 1 hour 30 minutes later no call. I called asked for him (Guilermo) he then proceeds to tell me that it will take another 15 minutes and will call back. As you probably guessed he never did, about after another hour wait, I've decided to drive back home.
Today its Tuesday and no one had decency to call back. Even after I've attempted to contact them.
I've wasted a whole Saturday dealing with their unprofessionalism and terrible service.
I've bought cars and dealt with many dealerships in the past and this one it's hands down the absolute worst experience that I've ever had.
Its ok not to match CarMax even after you assure your customers before they drive for hours, its ok not to make a deal but it's never ok to conduct business in this matter and completely disregard client's time and play this sales games.
You deserve a lot better when shopping for a car with your hard-earned money, stay away from this dealership.
