    Beware of these people!!!! Do not hire them if you dont want to be yelled at and taken money for nothing!
    ****** came to our house, asked for a deposit without a contract prior to taking measurements, when I pointed out 2 mistakes of them measuring incorrectly he started yelling at me in front of my two children under 2 years old. When I told him to leave he refused to return the deposit of $3500 that was made and called the police claiming harassment and assault!
    Now let me get into details. We found this company to install a glass separator in our loft. ****** Lumieux the owner, first arrived to take approximate measurements and gave us a price that we didnt agree on. He left and after texted us with a better offer. Then ****** arrived a few days later with two other workers. Outside of our house he was on the loud speaker with one of his clients who complained about the very bad job that they did. By the time ****** ******* entered our house he was already in a bad mood and very hyped up. Upon arrival he asked me to transfer him deposit of 50% through Zelle. I said that they should first take measurements and then I'll pay. He refused, saying he won't go upstairs until he is paid. I was holding a 3 month old baby and didn't want to argue so I made the transfer. He waited to receive the money to go upstairs.
    As they were measuring I pointed out that one wall is longer than the other and they're measuring it incorrectly and have to follow the floor lines. He said "Right". Then I noticed they're still measuring it incorrectly where one person on one side held the tape above plinth and the other one at the plinth. I pointed it out, he got visibly mad and said "Ugh, Ok". Then I asked one of the guys if it's normal that their measuring tape is "hanging" and isn't in a straight line as that changes the length of the glass that needs to be ordered. Before the man got a chance to reply to me ****** (the owner) yelled saying "don't answer her" and yelled at me to "get out of here while I'm doing my job". My husband stepped in and told him not to yell at me, to what ****** started yelling EVEN MORE that I needed to "get out of there for them to do their job". I was astonished. My child started to cry so ****** yelled to "get the kid out of here too". That was the last straw. I told them to get out of my house. He said "ya let's get the f*ck out of here" I warned him that this is an unacceptable language in my household.
    While they were running downstairs, my husband told him to refund the money immediately. HE REFUSED. He ran outside and tried to get into his car. The other two men got into the other car, while we were trying to get ****** to send back the payment. We urged him to make the payment. He refused again yelling that he will do it "sometime later when he feels like". I told him to stop yelling in my neighborhood. Then both cars sped out of our community so fast that we got a call from security gate asking what was going on. That's how dangerously and fast they were driving. We looked at the outside camera and got his license plate. When we called the police we were told he already called the police on us!!!!! I could not believe it.
    After officer arrived to our house, we made a police report regarding the incident and he said that ****** called police on me physically assaulting him and holding him hostage!!!! We showed the video footage from our front yard. So police officer definitely understood that ****** was just very angry that he didn't get us as clients and created a petty story.
    I do not recommend this business due to unprofessionalism, rudeness and inappropriate behavior of the owner.
