By cohersing me to terminate my listing with ******************* *************** trcked me *** svam me and lied Told me c ******* wouldn't pay commissions. Next a rude person ********************* had to deal with..they didn't meet my closing date. knowingly promising things that they won't follow through . Preventing me to move on with my life Request to get a qcd signature from a man that has threatened my livelihood and my physical well-being They will not sign for a certified letter I sent 3.24.24 to cancel contract. Serenity Title was wrong in title search Now ********* won't take my text _calls. I want my contract cancel it says 90 da and the dismissal of notice of intent which she filed on behalf of *************************** They are Preventing me to move for **** with my life O have cancer t and go to treatments ************ has no interest in my well-being I want contract canceled and dismissed notice.             Unfortunately, my family didn't have a great experience. We were under contract and a week before we were set to close, they still had not sold our home leaving us in a really difficult position. I confirmed prior to signing the contract that they couldn't back out if they were unable to buy and sell our home on the same day like they wanted to do (our home was move in ready) and they assured me multiple times they couldn't just back out. I was hesitant to move forward with them because it seemed to good to be true (and it was in our case). It took over a month of calls/texts and persistence for us to get our 5k escrow deposit. We ended up losing 30k because we had to back out of the contract we were under. Everyone was very communicative at the beginning of the process and friendly. In addition, when our home was listed, it was listed at the wrong price and all of the details were wrong (yr built, HOA, sq ft., etc).

            We are sorry to hear that you are unhappy with our services. It is our intention and desire to bring every property to close. According to our novation agreement, which was executed May 22nd, the closing date was to be July 19th. Unfortunately, potential buyers were not satisfied with the condition of your property once they were able to walk-through, hence we received no offers for purchase. We offered cancellation alternatives, but they didn't meet your needs, so on July 14th the cancellation agreement was signed by all parties. As promised, we satisfied the cancellation agreement and paid you $5K from escrow. As for the inconsistencies on the original MLS listing, they were corrected once we realized our mistake.
