            This was a really bad experience for my family. Raise seemed professional. Ahead of the service I both spoke with them and sent photos of the work that we needed completed. We negotiated and agreed to a price and a time to do the work. On day of service, they're not here at he agreed upon time. I call the phone number only to receive a "this mailbox is full" message. I contact via thumbtack and they said they had the wrong address in the *** and were coming about an hour late. (Not a problem) Then they show up and they take a look at the work (same as the photos) and decide it's more work than they want to do and tell me "sorry we don't have the tools needed" They're taking vines off my house what tools do you need other than gloves and a paint scraper? They left me without service and I'm now stuck looking for another company. Really sad to have experienced this from Raise.
