Northern Edge Landscaping is absolutely HORRIBLE.We paid $6,800, didnt get what was promised to us.They promised grading,we have dips/uneven ground,where you will roll an ankle!They lightly mulched,to cut cost and corners.We had to buy 80 bags of extra mulch.Probably need even more than that to properly cover the areas.They gave us all the wrong bushes on both sides of the house.They were supposed to be Dwarf Ixoras, not regular Ixoras.They delivered horrible, dead sod which were smaller than plugs.Sod was thrown in the back of the truck,not delivered neatly on a pallet. Looked like it was saved sod from another job where they wanted to save money/cut corners. After I complained they delivered some better sod,but didnt replace all the horrible Sod.The GM did not oversee the project,I had to tell them what to do, because ***** knew what was happening with the project.We pay a lot of money a year to up keep our grass and they killed some of our healthy already existing grass.They were supposed to transplant our Gardnia **** to another area in our yard and did not do so.The plants that were delivered were extremely tiny!They were supposed to better shape the flower beds by using new sod and didnt follow the plans on that either.We were supposed to have the irrigation added,moved to better water new plants and new grass.I had to hire ANOTHER company to fix the irrigation,that **** was over $500 alone.I WANT A REFUND.Not full refund, but compensation for what we didnt get.I do not want them in my yard again, they are highly incompetent.The owner has not reached out. They have a new GM reaching out,but we have not had an agreeable resolution. The Owner doesnt want to lose out on money. Instead he wants the customer to pay and lose out on money for crappy service.I waited over a month before submitting this to Better Business Bureau.I have videos and a ton of correspondence to prove my points.Highly disappointed that this is how business is done by them.Dont Use!
