The business addressed the issues within the complaint, but the consumer either a) did not accept the response, OR b) did not notify BBB as to their satisfaction.

Somehow Autonation obtained my email address and I am receiving emails, daily and sometimes multiples, from *** *******. I have requested that they unsubscribe me without results. This is very irritating because I have never heard of them, never contacted them and I am not in need of their product. In my opinion, they obtained my email address illegally and if it continues and I will seek legal help in resolving this issue.

Warranties added without my permission. Catching h*** to get my refund for warranties **** didn't disclose. The car is paid off and now they are dragging their feet to refund me for the warranties that were not disclosed. Manager said he has me on camera signing the warranties which I have not seen. The camera should also reveal we Never discussed warranties. What was done is unethical and deceitful on their part and I want the money for all warranties added without my consent. Who adds over $11,000 for warranties? I read reviews where this has been done to others. I signed paperwork and then resigned paperwork which did not include warranties. How **** transferred my signature to the warranties is beyond me. I will continue to file complaints until this is resolved in my favor. I was deceived and believe this has happened to other consumers. Those that have experienced this please file a complaint until it's resolved.
