            Have TRANE system 8 years old, my motor inside bedroom made funny noise, so called ANK who send two young kids, telling me the ballbearings were bad and need to replace the motor, if not it could cause fire. Threatened by that statement and supposed difficulty to get new Trane motor, I agreed to $ 1.200,- for quick fix. next day supposedly new motor was installed, yet next day same problem. I called Lee and ask not to sent those two kids again. Senior guy came found out motor was installed wrongly and chafed, after reassembly same noise. After all, he found out that the control board was faulty, not the motor. when I wanted my supposedly "bad motor" back, I was handed a different motor Stay away from this busines.

            I don't like to make comments on these or any other sites, I am Lee P**** Owner of A N K Air & Heat, I believe the customer always right and costumers service to my company is of most importance. We have a full list of reference that can be found on our site or can be requested at any time. I refuse to be brought down to this costumers level. This customer, Is upset not at us but that his unit that we did not install broke. The first thing he told me when he called my business was he was going to sue Trane because his unit broke.
            I thought he was joking First red flag. since unit was was repaired one time and one time only the system has been running great but this gentleman is upset and is willing to lie to everyone to fix his tantrum
            Mr. **** ******* is a total layer and thief. If you are in the service industry please be aware of this man. He is a Cheat

            the fact remains that the reason given to replace the motor for $ 1.200 as being "broken ball bearing may cause fire" was wrong.
            the real reason later discovered was faulty control board which caused the motor to run irregulary. Second fact was that they did not return me my original TRANE motor but a broken aftermarket motor. so 2 times cheated. this is not good busines ethics, however when the original problem repeated and I ask not to send those two kids again, but a professional technician the second time, he found the real reason and corrected the problem.

            Readers can determine. This gentlemen is bitter that he called on a weekend and his motor was burnt on a unit we did not install. he had already had a problem with his other company. We gave him a choice to wait for his warranty part that was 3 weeks out or we can install an after market and have it running that same day. everything was cleared with him. including price, that including New motor, delivery, and labor. Unit worked fine, he was very happy until we requested payment only after the repairs where finished.
            That's when his true colors started coming out
            Now his acting as if he know s more about a/c than anyone else. He doesn't. There where no Circuit boards involved, there was a second trip to adjust the new motor. because we back up our work. And he has not had a problem again . no one told him that it would catch on fire.
            He did complain that the work was done in 3 hours and we made to much money. without thinking cost of motor, trip charge,
            We did charge $1200. when other company's charge $1800. we are not a nonprofit we work hard for our money.
            and give the best customer service and warranties all of our work has warranties
            This gentleman is mentally ill or just a bitter cheap stake with a lying problem. Yes he is a liar
