      date of transaction 10-22-24 I was quoted a price for 4 tickets and then they emailed me that I would need to call due to issues I called and they stated I would need to pay 4000 dollars more when I refused they said that my money was non-refundable and that I would have to pay cancellation fee when I refused he hung up on me. I told them I would notify Bank and BBB and he said go ahead they havent done anything yet and Bank cannot do anything.

      Found the website while searching for plane tickets. They advertised a low price. I completed the purchase and entered my info plus credit card number. The total at checkout with fees and taxes was $436.16. I then got a phone call to "reconfirm" my info. I was told the seat was confirmed with the airline and that my credit card was already charged. During the phone call on a "recorded line", I was also told the flight did not allow any baggage or even the ability to pay for additional baggage. I said that was not disclosed, which they claim it was in big red letters. I still had my browser open and reviewed it. There was no mention of any restrictions. The ultimate goal for them was to get me to agree to an upgrade doubling the price or to agree to forfeit my entire payment. I did not agree to either. Then they said since they already booked and confirmed my flight with the airline, there is nothing else they can do. I would be issued the ticket with restriction of no baggage. I got on a chat with the airline who said there is no scenario where those restrictions would be the case, so I told the agent to go ahead and issue the ticket with those restrictions. She said it was already processed and I would be getting an email with confirmation in 15 minutes. It has been over 3hrs and no email, so I called them back. Suddenly all sales agents are gone for the day and even the supervisor reviewed the recorded conversation can not give me a confirmation but again tried to get me to agree to additional fees, which I did not. He put me on hold for over 30 minutes then hung up.

      I tried to purchase airline tickets through **************************, BIG mistake. They offered a great deal on tickets on ******************. I filled out all the information entered my payment and got a message that the order was processing. After several minutes of "processing" I called the support number. The agent said there was no issue, read me their agreements and told me that they would call me back in 20 minutes. 30 minutes later I had to call them. To my surprise I was told that the tickets that I purchased were not available but that I was going to be on standby so they found me another flight on another airline that was leaving at a ridiculous hour from a completely different airport. Never did they call me to verify if that would be acceptable. When I told them that I wanted what I purchased, they refused. I told them that I wanted a refund on my purchase. That was refused because I had agreed that it was a use it or lose it type purchase. I agreed to that as I had every intention on using what I purchased, but not what they sold me. They were in breach of their agreement. This company is a scam as they can not deliver what they are selling. They need to stand by their deals, communicate with their customers, and offer refunds when they are not able to fulfill their obligations. I refuse to pay for the tickets on a flight that I did not agree to.

      I booked with CheapVuelos an airline ticket service. I entered my information and noticed that it did go through. It stated my booking processing. I called at was told that I was purchasing a base ticket with no bags and no carry on allowed. The *** then told me that the prices had gone up and I would need to pay between $291-$565 I asked for the booking to be cancelled since the booking was in process and had not been completed she then told me that the booking was completed I told her it wasnt because I would see it deducted I told them that no charges should come out of my account and if so I would dispute the charges because I do not want any flight from them. That I have seen sites like theirs where they jack up prices to unassuming customers they also told me they were doing me a favor. They said the call was being recorded and I said good because I clearly said 5 times to cancel the booking.

      I was trying to make a flight reservation for my daughter from ********** to ******* so she can come say her final respects to her Grandpa who just recently passed . I was on the ************************** , I found a flight for $237.00 I put all of my information including my Debit card information. When I got to the last step to push the book button it took me back to the website home page. After that I called and got an agent with an India accent he told me that the only part of the reservation was for the return flight back to ********** Ky. then he told me he was going to transfer me to another booking flight specialist which in turn with another India accent this person said the flight from ********** to ******* was canceled and that he said he found a flight for over $700.00 I told him that was to much and then told him to cancel everything ticket and my personal information ie debit card and personal information. Then he hung up on me when I was still talking to me. When I was talking to him I asked where he was located at and he told me ******* Tx. He also gave me an American name which was clearly not his. When I talked to him and asked him not to charge my account he said it was already charged and thats when he hung up. I really need this business shut down so nobody else gets scammed. This company gives you the runaround and they lie.

      I have been trying to get my refund since late August. The original payment method was cancelled, and I informed Cheap Vuelos about the cancelled card when initiating this process, but no action was taken. I have called multiple times to get this resolved, only to be left on hold for hours at a time and then hung up on. When I tried to call back immediately after, they had already blocked my phone number. I have also tried to get this rectified via email to see about having my refund force stopped and reissued a different way, but have yet to receive any response.

      9/18/24 I tried booking flight on their website. Once all my information was input I was led to a page that says mybooking is in progress. This his screen did not change. I tried calling the 855 number but no one answered. The chat bot in the corner of the website gave a generic message but never answered any questions after that. I have not received an email of confirmation and as of now my card has not been charged.

      My dad (senior 70+) try booking a flight on their website for 900$US.He did not complete the transaction online, dropping out at the "Review" screen as he did not understand how to book online. No confirmation, no booking.A CheapVuelos agent call us to finish the transaction in a hurry. He tell us the first name and last name were entered incorrectly. He notify us the price is in USD but we live in ******. We decide not to go ahead with the booking but too late. We then see a bank charge of approximately 1200$USD on my dad's credit card. The agent added an extra 500$USD for making the changes to the first and last name.We try to get a refund but they say it's too late - non refundable. They give us fake agent names (everyone has an Indian accents but the agent names are English).

      Tickets were purchased but never delivered. Say they cannot give me a refund. It is hard to speak to anyone there as they are foreigners or they take forever to answer the phone. Their business practices are not professional. Once you purchase the ticket. They tell you afterwards that you have to pay more for baggage and try to upgrade you to a ridiculous date and time. I have no proof of purchase with the exception of the ** number which is *****. I I tried to copy and sent to my email address twice, but it never went through.

      This company misleading customer buying a non refundable ticket without having regulation or restriction written anywhere for customer to read or review before they buy the ticket. Once the customer buy the ticket. The company make a phone call and tell the customer the regulations and restrictions about the ticket that customer buy. By that time its was too late to back out cause customer already brought the non refundable ticket. The customer will lost the money if they dont want to upgrade the ticket for more costs. they said the ticket that customer brought for ******************** ticket it is not guarantee that the customer will get that flight. This is a scam and that why Im reported to BBB to look into this matter.
