            BBB files indicate that this business has a pattern of complaints concerning sales practice issues; specifically, customers filing complaints allege after purchasing an airline ticket through the website, they receive contact from the business stating the ticket they purchased has restrictions (i.e. does not include baggage fees) and is not guaranteed. Customers are then informed the original ticket price is no longer available and are quoted an upsell price and original purchases are non-refundable.  In August 2024, BBB submitted a written request to the company encouraging them to address the pattern of complaints. To date, BBB has not received a response.

            date of transaction 10-22-24 I was quoted a price for 4 tickets and then they emailed me that I would need to call due to issues I called and they stated I would need to pay 4000 dollars more when I refused they said that my money was non-refundable and that I would have to pay cancellation fee when I refused he hung up on me. I told them I would notify Bank and BBB and he said go ahead they havent done anything yet and Bank cannot do anything.

            This company is a fraud; they post ads with blacklisted bins, and when you purchase, its just a trap. Stay away from them dont waste your time. This company should be shut down and banned from advertising.
