This company is a fraud; they post ads with blacklisted bins, and when you purchase, its just a trap. Stay away from them dont waste your time. This company should be shut down and banned from advertising.

This is a complete ripoff!!!!!! Same experience as all of the reviews below. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!If I could rate them a 0 I would.

Absolutely DO NOT PURCHASE tickets from this website. Prices are a scam to get you to purchase then tell you the multiple restrictions and are then forced to upgrade or lose your original money paid. Very disappointed, lesson learned and will NEVER purchase from this company again. How they are still in business is beyond me.

Do not book with Cheap vuelos. They are not a legitimate cheap airline booking company. After finding the best airfare on their website, I booked two tickets. The confirmation stated, "Your Booking is in Progress". I called and spoke with a representative who told me I booked flights that would not allow carry-on luggage. I told her this was not acceptable and to cancel my reservations. She refused and tried to sell me different tickets for over $400 more each. I finally said I would contact my credit card company to have the charges removed as fraud. I contacted the airlines directly and got the flights I wanted at a cheaper price.

The other reviews are very accurate. Buyer BEWARE! This service is NOT real-time synched with the airline booking system. This is why you do not get an airline confirmation code upon booking. All you have done is booked a "best effort" service to purchase a ticket for the price provided on the website. (most people would call this "bait-and-switch" tactics, but since they partially explain this in their website disclaimer the risk is all on you... the consumer.) This "best effort" is typically a standby ticket price where they will use their off-shore contact center to contact you to book an "airline confirmed" reservation (with luggage options) and of course it basically the same rate as the airline website.

I booked a flight with Cheap Vuelos for a flight to a funeral service that was to take place within 48 hours of the flight selected. They took my information, charged my card, and then called me later to tell me that the airline didn't allow baggage or a carry-on. The cost to upgrade to the carrier on went from $371.00 to $680.00, then they continued to try to change the booking details needed for my minor, disabled nephew when I already had all the specifics needed. They continued to tell me that the flight I booked was a stand-by only and would have to wait 24 hrs before take-off to get a confirmation. At this point, I was already at a deadline to get my nephew to the funeral services, and the end result was there was no other travel arrangement that could have been made at a reasonable price and accommodations involved to get my underage minor, disabled nephew to join us. This was the first very disappointing and disheartening airline booking experience.

Cheap Vielos is anything but cheap! This is a rip off, DO NOT purchase tickets through them! I found a really good deal for my daughter for Thanksgiving, and then got a message to call them about my reservation. They told me my ticket had all kinds of restrictions which I was willing to accept until the last one, which was no checked or carry on baggage allowed due to the deep discount from the airline. There is no way she can visit for a week with nothing to wear!!! "******* ******" was the person I dealt with, and she was putting a lot of pressure on me to accept a ticket that was two and a half times as expensive as my original price I was quoted!! I let her know this was not acceptable and very deceptive as to what was not included with the price I was quoted. She kept telling me I couldn't cancel my ticket. I ended up talking to "*****", her supervisor. I looked at the website and there was nothing about all these restrictions, plus it said my credit card hadn't been charged yet. I read this information to him and asked if this was true. He said yes, so I told him I didn't want this ticket and do not charge my card. He agreed, and we hung up. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BOOKING WEBSITE!! THIS IS A RIPOFF AND THESE PEOPLE SHOULD BE ARRESTED AND THROWN IN JAIL!!!

This business is a fraud! I purchased an American airline ticket from the Cheap Vuelos website . I waited for 5 hours to get a confirmation for my booking and did not receive it. I then called the 800 number on the Cheap Vuelos website and customer service lady started offering me new expensive purchases of airline tickets because my booking was on standby. After I declined the lady threatened that I lose all my money. Thereafter I called American Airlines and I was told my booking did not exist and all the seats were full. Please stay way from Cheap Vuelos website!

For me this is FRAUDULENT, DECEIVING business they are doing here. I wish I had read reviews about them before. I initially tried to book American Airlines round trip tickets, but while on the website I did not get any confirmation, only a page that displayed the flights I had chosen, our information and on the top it read 'You Booking is In Progess' and a Booking ID #. I tried the live chat but instead received a call that my tickets with American Airlines were placed on stand by because the departure flight seats were sold already and that it was to much of a discount for the airline and the only ones available were for $1000. I have never heard what I did with them people. When I wanted to cancel they told me I couldn't cancel anymore. It hadn't been 30 minutes yet that I had tried the booking online. While on the phone they tried to get me on Frontier both ways and at the end, for a very long time, the back and forward emails the representative telling me to 'hurry up' and replay to his email, me very frustrated, I ended up accepting only a one way ticket that also ended up needing to be cancel as it was scheduled with my destination as my departure flight, supervisor told me they couldn't help me any further without paying for a new reservation. Bad experience, lost 4hrs and $238.

How can you put a negative star for a rating. Stay away from this site / company. Read the comments form others. I had the exact same experience with e tickets, then checked baggage with large fees and no backpack carry on with out purchasing a upgrade for my backpack which fits under seats. My end result due to having 2 check in bags and one carry on was, it was cheaper to book with another airline and just eat the cost of the ticket provided by ******************************************* away from them.
