A couple months back I bought a ***** crv from the dealership and the employee lied about the warranty and said it's only 10$ extra a month but didn't tell us its an extra 3600$ to pay on are itemized receipt. We had the warranty canceled immediately upon discovery. I called *********** about the warranty because I wanted to refinance for a lower payment to no avale they told me they didn't recieve the cancellation from the dealership. So I called the dealership which told me they're working on it another week passes I decide to just "go in person" come to find out they never even sent the warranty over because the mileage of the car wasn't put down so now I'm ****** but I just put the mileage down hand them the papers they told me in 2 weeks they should have it so 2 weeks pass so I go in person and they are now saying it can take from 8 to 12 weeks for them to get the information. I went a 3rd time recently and they saying it still takes a while to fax over the cancellation to ************ GOING ON 4 MONTHS WITHOUT MY WARRANTY BEING CANCELLED AND ITS COSTING ME EXTRA MONEY WHICH OF COULD OF BEEN PREVENTED IF THEY WERE PROFESIONAL NOW IM MAKING MY 3RD PAYMENT WITHOUT REFINANCING BECAUSE OF THEIR MISTAKE. THEY KEEP GIVING ME THE RUN AROUND. WHEN I CALL THEY TELL ME THE PERSON WHO CAN HANDLE MY SITUATION IS NOT AT THE OFFICE. EVERYTIME?! AND WHEN I GO IN PERSON IT'S THE SAME THING
