The technician arrived onsite to evaluate the mainline sewer stoppage in Mr. **** home. After evaluating the situation the plumber proceeded to removing the toliet to prepare for snake the line. He snaked the line out to the city mainline and the clog appeared to be removed. He reset the toliet and began flushing the toliet multiple times to see if the toliet would back up again. The toliet backed up again, he removed the toliet for a 2nd time to snake the line. He snaked the line out to the main sewer attempting to remove the clog in the line. After snaking, he reset the toliet and begin flushing the toliet multiple time and the toliet backed up again.
The plumber then advised Mr. **** he would need to perform a video inspection to further investigate the situation, he refused video service due to cost. The plumber advised Mr. **** without perform a video inspection, he has exhausted options with snaking the line.
Mr. **** was advised of service cost during the scheduling process and prior to service being rendered onsite. Mr. **** understood the cost and paid accordingly.
Plumbing service is a process of elimination, we started with the least expensive solution and progress as the issues require more agressive solution. Mr. **** refused to continue with the process of elimination to resolve his issue due to cost involved.
We charged accordingly to our service rates which was accepted by Mr. **** prior to rendering service.
