Worst experience ever! The "face" of the company. ********************************* is the most unprofessional and unethical person I have ever dealt with. If you must deal with him, RUN as fast as you can. My first experience was him completely disregarding me as a real potential buyer only to cater to my husband when I brought him back to tour the unit; sexist much? He also tried to offer me other homes from other builders he represents. I was there to see a specific R Home model, yet he was happy to steer me away to other competitor builders. Once we decided to buy, and have since gone under contract, my realtor has had to practically stalk him anytime we have a question because he will not call back - all while posting several videos a day on social media, which shows his priorities. He made several promises that we would be able to close our home no later than the second week March 2024 all while knowing about a major issue with the **** that was far from getting approved. We set the close date for the sale of our home based on his false assurances and even gave ourselves an extra 30-day grace ******* The end of March came and went, and he went from bold-faced lies to quoting the contract; a cowardly move knowing our family was about to be on the streets due to his incompetence and dishonesty. All of this has left my family of four plus three animals HOMELESS. We are currently in an Airbnb at $150 per night in addition to several other costs draining my savings in excess of $5000 per month. To add insult to injury, they are now promoting to pay all closing costs for new clients but wont do right by our family after so much financial loss due. ******** has openly blamed the owner for his unwillingness to do the right thing. ***, CEO, CHAIRMAN, I pray you are not aware of what is happening, and if you are here is your chance to do the right thing because I will be reporting ********************************* to every media outlet that will listen to the blasphemy that I am dealing with.
