0 Stars. Unprofessional company. I booked the ride through Groupon and because of illness cancelled through Groupon. I was told by the owners I also needed to cancel through them but because I missed their 48 hour window they charged me an additional $130 dollars. When I said I would dispute it the lady I spoke with said...'go ahead...we haven't lost a dispute yet'. Let me say this because I'm retired but have been on the other side of situations like this. At the very least I would have offered to meet halfway but they seem to care much more about money even though they didn't earn it. No goods or services were exchanged here. Last but not least the charge on my card was labeled 'recurring' so now I had to cancel my card to protect myself from them charging me again. I think it is a sad day when businesses care more about a dollar than actually trying to build a relationship with customers. Very short sighted and not a good business practice. I hope this helps someone from being ripped off from these people.

I don't have too much to say about this very rude individual that proceeded to cuss and bully 2 employees and myself. I also will not apologize for our cancellation policy which this person and everyone that books with us is well aware of. I do want to address the issue of his charges because we do not do anything shady. When the reservation is taken if the card is just to hold the system will check to make sure the card is valid and nothing will be charged. When we ran his card for the charge of the ride it showed up as recurring because that was the second time in our system. We do not and will not charge anymore than what is spelled out plainly in our policies that go out in several emails as well as explained at the time of booking.

First of all saying I cussed 2 employees is a lie. I did cuss the man I spoke with because he was rude.I called because my wife was ill and we weren't going to be able to make it, At the very least they could have offered to rescheduled us. That in my opinion would be smart business.
Maybe this Individual that responded should apologize for calling me on a Sunday morning harassing me. He is the one who called me on a Sunday morning at 9:12 am to bully me into changing my review. I couldn't get a word in edgewise and I also cussed him before I hung up.I won't apologize for that because HE CALLED ME! My wife called him back and got the same rude,condescending treatment from him.When my wife suggested he meet us halfway and refund 50% he said and I quote..."I have no intention of refunding any money. I just want you to take down your reviews". Read his reviews. You'll find at least 2 others that he treated the same way. I almost laughed when he compared his cancellation policy to major airlines saying they don't refund money either. He is a rude and delusional man who takes advantage of people's misfortune. We are both retired living on SSI and this was going to be an anniversary present to ourselves so THANK YOU very much P.T.Airboat for your understanding.
