If I could I would give them negative number of stars for job that they did at my property. They have to instal an electrical outlet and they used attic to put a cable from garage to my kitchen. They made a hole in the ceiling by mistake . I received an email from ************************* ( the owner of the company) with proposal how to fix it and she sent a drywall person to my property after a couple of days. He did patching and left to me to go to local store and look for matching paint color. Later I found out that they made one more hole in my spare bathroom. When I sent ***** a picture of that ,she sent me an email saying that I should be glad that they will fix it.She said that some other companies would just leave it like that.(What a nice customer service they have!!!!) . I could not reach her over the phone because she was non-stop on conference calls. She send an email that she will call back, but she never did. She informed me at 11 AM that I have to wait for drywall guy between 1PM and 4PM. What a short notice !!! I couldn't fit to that time she offered . She sent me a long email saying that I have to fix it myself. Finally, I called her and she was miraculously available. She was very unpleasant to talk and we couldn't reach an agreement. She was very upset because I was not available when she needed me to be. Well, she has no customer service skills and her electricians are not competent.
