After the contact was signed, they told me they would only have it open for three hours each day of a three day sale. So it ended up that not much got sold. They took 50% as was agreed on but they charged me $100 for advertising and $300 to clear out the condo I was told that they had charities they could use for cleaning out and so there was almost never a charge for that As it was my money they used, I asked for a bill from the one that cleared it out, they never responded to my request. I ended up only making under $200. I could have made that by selling 1 thing on Marketplace. I do not recommend this company.

Having resided for over 20 years in a *****+ square foot residence in ***************** that strictly prohibits estate sales, I faced the daunting formidable task of downsizing in order to move into my new condominium about one-third the size. Several friends and a realtor recommended China Cat Estate Sales as being the most reputable, oldest (over 40 years) conductor of sales in the Greater ******************************! I faced this dilemma with only a one month time frame.Upon contacting China Cat I was referred to ******************, who headed their private client department. Upon meeting with him, he familiarized me with various options available. I contracted with the company to provide consulting services as to pricing advice, arranging pieces for advantageous display, item cleaning and enhancement, photography and client referrals, thus enabling me to sell directly to prospective clients who had previewed my pieces and prices prior to their visit.****************** was invaluable in personally providing the aforementioned services in a most professional, timely manner. I was able to sell numerous large pieces of fine designer quality furnishings, objects d'art, a fine piano, china and crystal ***** enthusiastically recommend China Cat Estate Sales of the ************************* and appreciate their efforts in my behalf, attention to detail, advice, good old fashioned hard work and professionalism!Review from Kasey L

China Cat took care of absolutely everything. Made it an extremely stress free process and were very professional and helpful throughout the entire preparation and sale. **** and his team were a pleasure to work with! Will highly recommend to anyone looking into an estate sale.Review from Anne R

China Cat was responsive and efficient from the first call to the final check out. The organization, pricing and staging of items was superior. Highly recommend.
