    I have been doing business with Bennetts for many years. I liked them and have spent several thousands of dollars on Stihl equipment in that time. They have unfortunately lost any and all future business from me.Back in December I took a my brand new Gravely Zero Turn mower in for it's first recommended service. He told me when I dropped it off that it would cost me about $200 however when I picked it up the bill was $421.57 I was told that they did the recommended service. That the blades were in too bad a shape and couldn't be sharpened so they were replaced, as was the belt, spark plug, oil, oil and air filter.All fine and dandy, they are supposedly the experts so I trusted them to do what needed to be done.The mower didn't mow any better or worse when I picked it up but assumed it cut like it should so didn't give it much thought.Fast forward, it's now June - August 6-8 months later, mower starts making a horrible rattling noise and vibrating really bad. So we started looking at it and the belt is so stretched and worn that it's so loose it's about to come off and the new blades are in horrible shape. That's where everything goes south.We took the blades and belt to Bennetts to get new ones. Told him that they had just replaced them which apparently ****** him off. He started cussing my brother ********************* out. He said that those were original OEM blades and that he doesn't use OEM blades, that he they didn't replace them and that even if they had, there is no warranty on blades.......Excuse the fck out of me. Then wtf did I pay $421.57 for ? An oil change ? We hadn't even mentioned them being under warranty, we were just there to buy new ones to replace them ourselves up until he started getting disrespectful and abusive. It is clear that he ripped me off back in December and is now upset because we are calling him out on it.
