I am only giving this review so others don't have to loose money on poor work. In 2021 met with Jamar *********-**. He worked for another company and came to repair walls after we had repiping done. It was doing that time that Jamar said he could do a better job for less money.. As we were talking he said that he had a company that could do the remodeling that we were doing in our house. So I outlined what it was that we wanted him to do and he was to come back with a contract. He came back with the contract, I wasn't home and my husband signed. The trouble began at the onset of the work, He arrived late, ask for advances that was not scheduled, and suggested that the work could be done in a more timely fashion if we would have paid more. At one point Jamar was arguing with our plumber. It was because of his lack of professionalism that the plumber refused to come on the premise as long as he was here. The work was poor.. They constantly ask for more money for this and more money for that and said that things were not in the contract.. The contract contract did not detail every little bit because Jamar said it was not necessary it was common knowledge. At one point Jamar and his father were just out front cursing and arguing at each other because Jamar undibited the project. The work was poor.. We have walls with big dips in them. The ceiling with clumps of Joint compound. We had doors that we're never hung. Jamar brought his girlfriend/wife on-site to help with job.. He said that he needed more money to complete the work to bring people in. So, his dad was left here on site by himself to finish the work. It was awful to see his senior dad here all day without help. His dad told us to just go ahead and give Jamar the remaining balance of the money to help him out and he would come and finish up. Well, his dad had a stroke and was in the hospital, we were not going to ask him to complete the work. Jamar never came back to complete the work and walked away with the money. Now I must say Jamar did a good job on the tile.
