I brought my son there to be treated for psychological issues that they claimed to specialize in. Theybwere told from admission that his cureent meds weren't effective and to find a new med. They required $5,000 up front to admit. They said on the phone they would help us with transportation bc we live 12 hours away. When we finished paying and were ready to send him they said we had to transport him ourselves. After he was admitted, I handled all communication with the facility, especially finances. I talked to doctors about his meds, etc. He was admitted for 30 days for $5,000. After the 30 days ended they didn't start him on any new meds, in fact...they decreased the med that wasn't working in the 1st place. They told me they could start him on a promising med if I would admit him another month for $7,000. I told them I already paid $5,000 for them to fo nothing and for them to keep him another month pro **** and put him on the new med. They kept him 3 more weeks then sent him home, still no new med! They even stopped answering my calls and contacted my husband, who didn't know the details of the situation. We ended up bringing him to another facility after he came home and got him on new meds that worked. The new doctor did this in 1 week. Whereas this facility had him for 7 weeks and didn't treat him at all. I called ****** at the phone number provided(she is management) and asked for a refund. I didn't even ask for money returned for travel and hotel to get him there and pick him up. She said she would check into it and get back with me. That was 6 months ago and I haven't heard back from anyone. She has ignored all my calls and messages.
