Faulty and super unprofessional!!! I hired this company if you can call it a company to fix my ** oven. ******* came to my home and at first sight I knew he wasn't a professional. He didn't have on any representation (shirt) for his company, nor did he have any business cards. In my home we practice leaving shoes at the front door. Therefore, I asked him if he had any shoe covers, he didn't so I gave him a pair. When he looked at my oven, he said it was the thermostat and then he said he had to leave and go get the part. The next day when he returned still no indication of representation for his company and I had to give him another pair shoe covers, so unprofessional!! He replaced the thermostat, and oven still didn't work properly. Next, he said that it needed a fan element and once again had to leave came back and had the wrong part and had to give him another pair of shoe covers, WOW! All the signs of him not knowing what he was doing was obvious, but I didn't want to just pay his service fee for nothing therefore, I continued to use his service. After replacing and repairing my oven we waited ***** minutes for 350 degrees temp to reach. I paid the guy and a few days later I turned on my oven and it took 1 hour and 40 minutes to reach 350 degrees. I called and sent a text message, and he made an appointment that was a no show nor call. I called ******* asked what happened and to make matters worse he gave me another appointment and the same results, no show/call. He never followed up on the repair and it was all within 30 days of his warranty. At this point I had to hire a real professional to come out and repair my oven and the broiler that stopped working after ******* repair. The technician showed me the problem and it had nothing to do with what he replaced in my oven and charge me three hundred dollars plus. The technician had to replace the computer board and told me the repair didn't call for a thermostat nor fan element. Stay away! 06/2024.
