We were contacted by Top Tier Moving group and chose to use them because they were helping military retirees. Initially we were pleased with the person who set up our moving from ** to **. However we didnt know Top Tier was simply a broker. Once we were signed for our move, it was very difficult to ask questions and get specific details about the actual company moving us. Emails and calls were not returned and we found ourselves sitting on hold for extended periods to get questions answered. Our overall cost was $1500 for our small move $500 immediately going to Too Tier and $1000 to the actual moving company. Basically once top tier had their $500 they were no longer helpful. There was to be a call about our move just before we expected the moving company and Top Tier delayed and had nothing to say other than youll hear from The moving company. Not at all professional- dont use them! FYI, the actual moving company was ********** and they were wonderful! My recommendation, try to avoid brokers and read reviews carefully before choosing a moving company.

Quoted price was not sufficient. Said I exceeded space amount. Tripled price for half the original price. Said now that only a third of our items would fit,even with the tripled price. Now the price went up another $1000. Original quote $2400, then $7000, now saying it all wont fit with the increased ft.Top Tier Moving Group LLC Response

Please do not make the same mistakes I did, avoid Top Tier Movers at all costs. These 5star reviews are clearly fake. Unless you want have your costs double, have your belongings go missing, and be talked down to by unprofessional staff (***** ****** from QA was particularly nasty) then go literally anywhere else.Top Tier Moving Group LLC Response

Upon reviewing your file, it appears your scheduled move date was August 29th, 2024. Our records indicate our last direct communication was on August 28th, 2024, when you confirmed the pick-up time with our customer service team.
Since then, we have not received any calls or written communication expressing any dissatisfaction with your move. A thorough review of our call and email logs confirms this.

These guys have A1 customer service from the office to the guys that came to move me. No wierd charges and straight to the point , fast , efficient and no damages to my furniture or any of the home which were coming down stairs. Give this company a call.Top Tier Moving Group LLC Response

Top Tier Moving Group sent an incredible 3 man team that were polite, clean, and knowledgeable about how to handle your property without any accidents, or mistakes. Not one ding or dent. They did an excellent job wrapping everything up and handling it carefully and precisely. The pricing was very reasonable. They made a very stressful day much less stressful and all with a smile. Even when things ended up more complicated than anticipated with a surprise broken elevator, they just rolled with the punches and got the move done.
