I paid for a service for international freight with Dennis shipping company (********** Office). For which I informed the packer on site that assisted me with the contents, that along with household items, my items included two televisions. A 58 and a 40 television both bought prior to shipping this year. Along with some other Fragile household items. Upon paying over $1700 for initial shipment and about $400 in the country of final destination shipment. I have received my goods damaged. My televisions are cracked and bent, and are not useable.This is my first time shipping with the company, however, it is not my first time utilizing a shipper. However its my first time having this experience. All I am requesting from the shippers is for my TVs to be replaced. Im being given the run around that footage is being reviewed and a blame game being tossed around. I visited the shipping company and met with the manager on site and identified the packer, only to be told by the packer that, I know it would have been at my own risks. I dont appreciate spending my hard earned money. As a disabled veteran, and being taken for a fool. Despite the shipping companies negligence which includes not placing television and fragile items on the bill of laden, as well as not placing any labels of fragile on the item. Nothing had been done. Sept 14,2023. Was when my goods were shipped from the ********** office by Dennis Shipping company. I have submitted picture evidence and also spoke with the HR representative from the destination country as well. I have yet to resolve this issue. The TVs original boxes were thrown out due to storage demands hence. I replace the televisions with the appropriate TV moving boxes and bubble wrapping.my goods were simply not handled with Care. All I would like is the reimbursement for my televisions.
