            In September of 2024 I received a physical post card advertisement from OneBlood.This advertisement that I received says if I donate blood before 09/30/2024 that I will receive a $50 gift card.On 09/29/2024 I visited the OneBlood in ************** and handed the lady at OneBlood the advertisement that I received.I donated blood and received the "incorrect gift card" in the incorrect amount of $20.I was shorted $30.I have spent more than an hour trying to get somebody from oneblood to help me and customer service is non existent. Those that answer the phone are not empowered to help and just transfer me to generic voice mailbox that says nobody is available to answer the phone and to leave a message and somebody might get back to me in 5-7 business days.The oneblood experience is a complete SHAM designed to take advantage of people in order to get blood using fraudulent advertisements to do so.

            My first experience with OneBlood was to donate via appointment at their Big Red Bus. When the bus did not show, I was able to find a nurse wandering around who told me that the bus was late. I waited an hour, donated. I was not impressed with the cleanliness, but I lived.

            My second experience was via appointment at **************. They told me and the 3 others scheduled for that time that we would just have to wait. I left.

            My third experience was a drive to a nearby town two days ago with appointment. I got there and was told to reschedule. I opted to reschedule for today for the Big Red Bus at 9:00.

            There is a sign up front that there is a drive today, but the bus did not show. No email, no call, no bus, no nurse, just nothing.

            For the CEO making over $600k a year, you have failed. For the board that hired this person, you are coding not only your reputation but also lives due to your failure to restructure, recruit and PAY people to get this done. I don't receive my "free gifts", I just try and donate. You make it impossible.

            Shame on you all.
