    DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY! You will be sorry. I have finally come out of shock of being called a C*** by ****. When I initially spoke to **** for a quote he asked me what I had to move so I told him everything. He said ok 3 hours 2 movers ok I agreed. Im not a mover so I had no clue on hours needed or how many men it would take. Never did **** ask for pictures or ask to FaceTime to see my household just sent 2 movers. The older one had a major attitude from the get go and asked me if I had only requested 2 movers? I said no **** asked what I had and I told him. The movers said **** needed to come to the site to see what the customer has to be better at projecting manpower and hours needed. First call from **** he was yelling at me telling me that I completely mislead him on what needed to be moved. Second call from **** hes yelling at me it will cost me double what he initially quoted because I did not properly convey what I had to move. I said I did properly convey what I had you should have asked for pictures or come to my house to see what I had. He hung up on me after that. Third call from **** he tells me his men have got to stop loading RIGHT NOW. They have another move they need to do that afternoon and it is my fault because I miscommunicated my house hold items. Ok so now what to do? Well I had to go to the bank for a cashiers check to pay him double because we are now on hour 6 instead of his quoted 3 hours. Then there was my last call from good ole **** screaming at me so I hung up on him. **** called me right back and said we must have got cut off I said No A****** I hung up on you thats when he really showed his true colors and called me a C***. His movers were right there and heard him say it loud and clear Im pretty sure they were in as much of a shock as I was! I ended up calling another mover that evening and they came and moved the last of my belongings. THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Do not use this company you will regret it!

    This is a completely fabricated tale. While ****************** was on the phone with Mr. ******************** she used the *** word. Certainly our staff must have heard that which could be why she felt a major attitude from them. We paid our team extra money to finish the job trying to not get a bad review from this racist lady. *************************** moved to a very nice place at ************************************************************************.  We did have other jobs that day that we were unable to get to because we finished your job for you.  It does say on our contract "in order for the estimate for service to be accurate you must disclose to the mover all of the information relevant to the move."  We do an extremely detailed inventory list with the clients beforehand.  We ask the client where they are moving from & to, what floor they live on, and if there are stairs or an elevator.  ****************** did not tell us there was an elevator with a long walk.  Additionally, ****************** assumed if she told us she didn't have a lot of household goods that she would get charged less.  She did not take into consideration that moving is done by the hour on an hourly rate.  ****************** does not state in her review that the guys took their time or broke anything.  If she was truthful with what she actually had, we would have accommodated her project by adding extra staff.  In the contract of which she DID sign in several different places, inclement weather will add additional time to your move.  It was extremely hot and raining on the day she moved.  As for reviews in general, we have extremely low bad reviews due to spending a lot of time with our clients doing their estimate.  We did not have to finish her job, we do that out of professionalism as when we start a job, we finish it for the customer.
