I have called and emailed in attempt to come to a reasonable resolution. In 2022 my PCM was not shipped for months until I needed to buy another vehicle for transportation. Over the winter I was unable to install it due to the weather and my disabilities. Obviously opening the box, I shouldn't have even tried (if I could include pictures here I would). The girl answering the phone would not even take my order number so she could see the chain of events. She was rude, uninformed and dismissive. Previous calls to Solo PCM in the past were helpful and a positive customer service response. I understand there can be problems reprogramming etc and usually very casual about anything coming up. At this point I do not think it is out of bounds to send me a replacement PCM while waiting for this one to be returned as I have proven I return every non-working PCM or give me a full refund so I can get another elsewhere. A fixed income does not allow purchasing several when I need to get it running to sell, to pay down the vehicle I had to purchase when my previous PCM sat on a desk for months. My health does not allow me to be without transportation, or spend extensive amounts on something that is to be under warranty. Very stressful.
