I purchased a Caja China from *******'s company on December 19th, 2022 and dealt with him directly at the physical address of his company. When we went to use the Caja China it was missing parts. I notified him of this by email and he stated the parts were not in stock but they would be back in stock later. Almost a year later we still do not have the parts. I have the email saved in which he stated that he would resolve this. I also have every email saved that I have sent to him over the year trying to get a response from him. On December 1st I called and he picked up the phone. I asked if this was *******. He was evasive, didn't answer my question, then proceeded to ask me who was calling. I laughed and said I know this is you, *******. I then stated who I was and that I was following up on the parts we were missing. He immediately hung up the phone without answering me. I called back and he refused to pick up the phone.
