Per the information in the website, please find attached, I hired all-in-one inventions to create a working prototype for my application and upon completion was to receive a weekly list of investors for consideration of partnering or purchase. I feel like I've been misled from day one and worked very hard to ensure they received the money needed to bring my Idea to life. Upon final completion of the website, which I did not find terribly professional, repeatedly asked questions regarding a working prototype and was told it was a basic template for investors to review and build upon as they saw fit. In addition, 20+ investors or VC were to be emailed weekly and the majority of emails (99.9%) I am receiving weekly is information to companies that would finish the prototype, which means paying more money for something I believed I already paid for. The process has been so unprofessional that I am actually receiving duplicate emails to submit to interested parties. They force you to sign a contract stating all is complete before explaining that what you are looking at; website, technical writing, application design, etc. is accepted. After signing off on the work that had been done, I repeatedly called to express concerns and feel that I was the victim of a bait and switch, based on what I was told would be a completed and working application for the money I was paying, from day 1. I am now being forced to find my own investors and searching for working capital for a product that was to be all inclusive and eliminate these steps on my end. I am requesting a full refund, as this service has proven completely useless!
