I had roof repair done and advised the roofer that the flashing needed replacing. The guy that did the repairs in February did not replace the flashing and had to return at least 2 times because the roof continued to leak. He stopped the leaking after his visit in February however the problem is happening again in the same location. The roof is leaking again. Yes, *** contacted this company the first time about a month ago. I had a leak my contract is still under warranty. I paid $19,000 to have my roof done and had a warranty with it. They came out and said they fixed it and we were really happy and the guys were very professional. Then we got a rain and it started leaking in the same place and another leak came on the opposite side of the house. I am the original policyholder with this company. I am a senior citizen not a flipper Im sure they could fix the problem if they were just call me, but I have contacted them and get an answering service and never get a call back. Unfortunately, I have had been recommending this company to friends and family. I dont know if theres been a change in ownership but I have my paperwork that says I still have a year left on my warranty from them not just my shingles, but from patriot roofing, all materials and workmanship , please help meBusiness response

Currently we are working diligently trying to accommodate every customer new and old to assist them with all their needs.
We are like every other company around short handed and putting in long hours to keep up with the demanding output.
Our customers need to understand we want to give the best customer service so working with us would greatly help out.
Our installers are human and sometimes small mistakes happen or the unpredictable nature throws storms at us we can't control.
We offer long term warranties and if you roof has just leaked as a result of a major storm then we cannot warranty nature.
All of out Roofing installs are designed to shed water not to hold up to quick flooding rain blasts.
We appreciate your patience and will get any issues resolved as soon as possible.Initial Complaint

Patriot Roofing did a job last year for my flat roof installation and is now leaking. They are blaming a different company for the leak that did the pitched roof. I have two sections of roof, one pitched and the other flat. I had the company come out that did the pitched roof, and they are saying its the fault of Patriot Roofing's flat roof job with how they did the tie-in. I had a third independent company come out and they also are saying its the fault of Patriot Roofing. I have contacted Patriot Roofing again stating all this and they are not responding.Business response
