      I originally booked with Avana Plastic Surgery. The doctor I booked with moved to Adore Plastic surgery, so my deposit was transferred to Adore with out my consent. **************** the doctor of choice also left Adore. I reached out to the practice and advised I wanted a refund because the doctor I booked with moved so they are trying to force me to use one of there doctors. I asked if my refund can be transferred back to Avana. I never signed a consent with Adore. They refuse to refund my deposit. I asked them to provide me with a signed copy from them where I agreed to surgery with there practice. I have made several attempts with out a response. I have requested my deposit twice, denied both times with a explanation.

      I am rejecting this response because: I never signed a consent with Adore . I signed with Avana plastic surgery. If Adore is not willing to give me my refund, they can send my refund back to Avana. I never agreed to a door doing my surgery. I am requesting proof of me signing any documentations for Adore.

      I started paying on my surgery 11/16/2021 till 5/19/2022.Ive had to cancel my surgery with them simply because the ******* now works at a different facility. Therefore ive requested a refund on 7/8/2022. Since then ive gotten the runaround. The total amount i paid was $4,300.00.

      I began paying on my plastic surgery on 11/16/2021 With Adore. The Doctor i choose was Dr ************************ When I found that he was no longer working at Adore, I then requested a refund on 7*/8/2022. I've been paying money from my Cards from 11/16/2021 up until 5/19/2022. I've called Adore several times and spoke with several coordinators and financial managers and they all gave me the run around, changed dates etc.. concerning my refund. I'm asking the BBB to help me get my refund of $4,300.00 resolved expeditiously. THANYOU.

      A refund request was made and confirmed on June 14, 2022 as the surgeon I was under contract with departed from Adore. My surgery balance was paid in full. I understand Adore will keep $500 for the cancellation fee , however it has been a nightmare in receiving my $4600 back to my original form of payment. The refund should have only taken 30 days to be processed, we are going on 40 days. I just want my money back as services were never rendered.

      Scheduled surgery on February 2022 for set date on April 21 2022. My coordinator did not send me anything until end of March for lab work. Completed lab work and uploaded to my portal on March 29 2022. Coordinator did not contact me until April 8 2022 to let Me know about pending lab works. I advised her that everything was in the portal and my pcp cleared me for the surgery. Few days later she calls me back to redo X-ray and take complete a blood work again. Did all these and again uploaded to the portal. I had to call the office and email the coordinator many times before she even reached out to me to get anything moving. I also told her that I will be heading to ******* for work and to make sure all my papers are in order since I only had less than two weeks out for the procedure. She assured me all is good and then calls me back few days later to tell me that I have to redo the ekg. Granted I had told her am at work I cant fly back to ******** to see my pcp for this. She went ahead and advised me to go to the clinic and have it done there with the nurse. I only had one day off which was 4/15 and took and uber to the clinic come to find out it relocated but she did not inform me of the new address. The lady at the clinic had to give me the new address to Adore. I got to adore at 10am signed in and told the receptionist I am there for ekg per my coordinator. I sat there for almost two hours before I asked if anyone was to help me. Nurse finally came and got me and for some reason the ekg was saying I had some trauma event. Nurse redid ekg like four times and same results. She advised me I need to see a cardiologist and pulmonary since they cant honor what my pcp had cleared me. This is six days before my surgery date. I did all my part and I feel that my time and money was waited so yes I would please want back my $500. I want ****************** to read this as well so he knows what employees work for him!

      On April and August I have paid a total of $500 deposit to Adore Plastic Surgery for a Ptocedure.They failed to communicate with me.The calls lines to this place is always giving a busy signal.When I finally got contact with someone at this business they took my information and said the finance person will get back will **** haven't heard from a finance person.This place has really bad customer service.I need my deposit of $500 paid back to me.

      Prior to patient's making a deposit towards ANY procedure, each patient portal requires an acknowledgment for the ****************** as well as an electronic signature of the Cancellation and Procedure Policy sent by the coordinator. Each statement must be initialed to indicate that the patient acknowledges and fully understands and agrees with the terms and conditions explained herein.

      In accordance with our Procedure Cancellation and Refund Policy, if the surgical procedure is permanently canceled for any
      reason or at any time, a $ 500 cancellation fee will apply.

      Attached are documents supporting patient consent and knowledge to the above statements.

      I deserve my deposit back because I couldn't get the procedure done due to a sickness.I call Adore Plastic Surgery numerous amount of time and I was told that their finance manager will get back in touch with me in 48 hours which was a **********'s not right that they keep my money because of my health I couldn't proceed with the procedure.

      To Whom it may concern, we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Here at Adore Plastic Surgery we have a refund protocol that we follow. We have a medical questioner in which we ask of any medical condition. if the patient discloses the medical condition and is unable to have the procedure due to the medical condition we issue out a full refund. In this case the patient failed to disclose it, for that reason the patient does not qualify for a full refund. if there are any questions or doubts feel free to reach out to us.

      When i spoken to a coordinator and told them due to my health conditions I am unable to get the procedure done I was told that the finance department will give me a call about my deposits.Which I never did receive a call from the finance department.I have left numerous amount of message to this establishment.The customer service is so badly they just take customers money and fail to do what's right.This is so unfair towards customers.
