Tuesday, May 9th, 2023 , I was walking on Donnelly St., Mt Dora Fl. with my adult son, we were stopped by a young lady, standing outside Royal Bee, she asked if she could show me some products, I told her I had already purchased the Eye Stem Cell, Serum and she said "oh" she said they were running a "Mother's Day Special", and started her sales pitch, I said I had been there in February, with my Grandauuuughter, having a Birthday luncheon for her 22nd Birthday, and a young man named Jay had done the same pitch and showed me this device, "that would take years off my appearance" what lady does not want to stay as youthful as humanly possible, without undergoing the scalpel? She offered me this device at half of what I was told in February 2023. which was $12,000. I told Jay, that this was out of my price range, and he went on to tell me how much Cosmetic Surgery was, and I said I would not ever consider being "cut on", so he said a lot of people felt this way and were all using the ENEO device. I talked about it afterwards with my Granddaughter and was seriously considering buying this device at some point, then my sons Father, passed away and I was on a totally different path, helping them with his Estate. When Luka, offered me this, on May 9th, at 1/2 off price, as a "special Mother's Day promotion, that was only good, until that Friday. I was really interested and said, {since she was already at half the original cost}, if she could sell it for $5,000, I would be interested, my son said mom, if you want it, ***** {my older son} and I will get it for you for Mother's Day, I was truly speechless at the kindness and generosity of them spending this much on me. I said no I could not do that and he said fine, I will just send ******, {his wife of 25 years}, to get it for you and hopefully she gets the right one, and looked me dead in the eyes and said, just get it and put it on your ****, and we will deposit the money, to pay for it, I was truly over whelmed. I made the purchase, with the stipulation, that I could not use it until Mother's Day, we were all together, on Sunday until late, so I first opened it and watched the Tutorial on how to use it, on Monday, May 15, I was going to use, as recommended, three times a week I used it Monday, the 15th, Wednesday, the 17th, and when I went to use it, on Friday, May 19, it did not work I tried to call the sales lady, but her phone did not answer, this number was given to me on her Business card she handed me after my purchase on May 9th, 2023. I then tried to call the Intrastem Stem Cell Anti-Aging ENEO customer service number, on their WEBSITE, i learned they were only available Mon, thru Thurs. So I left a very long detailed message, I did not hear from anyone, until may, 23rd, a Stephanie with customer Service suggested I "unplug the Eneo from the charger base and plug it directly, into the Eneo, which I did, I waited the two hours she recommended, and still nothing, I emailed her back and waited to hear from her, i did mention how disappointed I was in the performance, or should I say no performance at all, in the meantime, I am still calling Luka's number, getting the same recording, I then decided to drive to Mount Dora and speak directly to Luka, at Royal Bee, being greeted by a young man, yet another new face, I was told Luka was out of the Country, that is why my calls were not going through. I pretty much told him, everything, I have sated in the above conversation, and he looked so perplexed and said "I am new, let me call my Manager", I said okay and wailed, he said he could not give me a refund and could offer me a replacement, i said that I did not want a replacement, this is after me doing some research online and reading all the very disappointed clients, all getting the same sales pitch on the "Stem Cell, Anti-Aging Device, that worked miracles, miracles is my choice of words, not necessarily a word used by Royal Bee Sales Associates. While he was on the phone with his Manager, Amanda, I said no this was not okay with me and wanted a full refund, I asked to speak to her, and he handed me his Cell phone, i tried to explained to her, but she continually cut me off in mid-sentence and talked over me, she said she would" replace it, but would not refund my money", I said I was leaving it on the counter, in the Store, I took a photo of it there, with the Royal Bee Logo in the back ground and she said "we will not except it" I said what is this young man going to do throw it at me as I walk out of the Store, he looked at me and mam, "I would never do that", Amanda, this so called Manager, to whom I was trying to speak to, had young children in the back ground crying, I handed the phone back to the young man, whose name, I was never given, I said thank you to him, for his kindness and walked out the door, I called my Bank, ***** ***** with whom I have my **** Card with and filed a complaint, they are still working on this, I have been a ***** ***** Customer, for many, many years, and they do provide excellent customer service. I decided to report this Company, on the recommendation of the ***** ***** Customer Service Associate, you took all my information, on this issue, Also, all the unhappy Customers, whom have written all their bad experiences, with this Company,, when you look them up, they show they sell, Bees Wax Candles, and "Pure Honey", I might add, they have probably five of these "Bees Wax Candles" on display in their Donnelly Street, Mount Dora, FL Store, I truly feel, this is a "Front" for other things, Just my own personal opinion.
