    I'm writing this review because of my recent experience with ************************* property management. Recently I had an assessment / board meeting via zoom call with *** and company property manager. This meeting was to address assessments and fees being placed on my unit and this was an opportunity for me to present all evidence and speak to prove that I been totally compliant with all *** rules and if anything was in dispute my husband and I would have a chance to show the board that we were in absolute compliance with all Governing Documents. The board got to speak first, and when it was our turn we were muted by the company property manager and was never given a chance to not only speak but to provide all the documents we had to show that all paperwork was furnished and in compliance the entire time according too the Gov ***** We were being fined fees for late paperwork for a tenant we rented out our unit for one month. Although the company took our tenants money for application fees and background check, according to the **** we have a right to correct any situation within 14 days which we did and according to the *** they acknowledged they received the paperwork. Also according too the *** docs if we do not hear back about an approval or disapproval in 15 days, then it is assumed according to the Gov **** this is an admission of approval. Also at the close of the meeting the company manager said she was going to look further into our dispute and adjourned the meeting, The following week my husband and I received a bill for lawyer fees and fines against our condo unit of *******. According to the Laws in ******* it is against the law to restrict owners from contributing to their own case. It is also against the ******* Condominium Act to vote in secret too determine a decision which took place after the meeting had adjourned, we never had another meeting just a bill. This company is not reliable and its certain that our rights was violated.
