I purchased the car from David and his wife who post the cars on ******** the address is *** ******* *** ***** **** south Daytona beach fl 32119 he changed the address on here to a p.o box but the phone number is David. it is the same number that i used to talk to david to purchase the car i purchased a car from the owner 0n 3/10/2023 a 2011 Nassan juke. When i arrived to meet the owner i asked him questions about the car and he told me that it is in good condition and that his daughter was using it to go back and forth to school so it had no issues so i bought the car and to find out a couple days later the car slowed down when i was driving it and it would not let me shift gears so i went to the nearest mechanic were they told me it was a blown transmission so i texted the owner telling what happened and got no response so a few days later annoyed with his neglect. i posted a honest review of my transaction on ******** only then did he response to me and he was very rude and inconsiderate i simply asked for help with the issue and he responded with a no not willing to help me i informed him of the price of how much it was goanna be and he told me what do you expect with a car that has 200k miles on it after a few messages back and forth i decided to end the conversation with him he was rude and it was not getting anywhere i am really upset i spent 5000 dollars on the car only to be told it will be another 3000 dollars to fix it.

Carissa reached out to me about purchasing one of my cars on ********. And to be clear there is no one here by the name of David. Her and her family came to my office and test drove the car and also had it checked out. It is a 2011 Nissan Juke with 199,967 miles on it. I have all my cars completely checked out and I also drive my cars before I post them for sale. There were absolutely no issues with this car when Carissa test drove it that is why she bought the car. Just like all of my other cars I sell them “AS IS” with no warranty. She was very aware of the car being sold as is. Carissa messaged me a week later about the car telling me that a mechanic told her the transmission needed to be replaced and it was gonna cost her $3000. As I was in the process of looking for a price on a used transmission she proceeded to blast me on ******** about how I screwed her over and not to purchase any cars from me. Unfortunately when I have a customer who chooses to negatively hurt my business I will not be able to help out even though the car was sold as is, I was still wanting to help her and her family out. Sometimes it helps to be patient and talk like an adult if you are wanting help on a matter like a used car. Bashing people on the internet doesn’t get you any help. Once again just as I told her this is a used car and no one can ever predict if and when a car is going to break down.
