I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealerahip from out of state and was lied too and not made aware of the internal issues and past accidents the vehicle endured. I never received a copy of the carfax as well. I purchased online and I asked the dealer specifically about any issues the vehicle may have past or present as well as the features of the vehicle which was advertised and was all false. The vehicle was in such bad shape when it got here internally that it spent almost most of its time at a mechanic shop being diagnosed. I had this for maybe 3 wks which none of that time was spent driving it. The Mechanic shop here told the dealer this car has some serious issues one being it shutters with light acceleration and runs in low engine performance mode. The diagnostic was calling for 10 hrs of labor just to take the engine apart to see what was going on with it. The dealer didn't wanna pay so he tool the car back on Sept 3 with assurances that it would come back in working condition and pass an inspection. I just received the cat back yesterday after almost 2 months of being gone and was once again told it was fixed and working well. I asked for copies and receipts of what was done which was never provided and after driving within 5 mins of receiving it after 2 months of the dealer fixing it and replacing parts he hasn't proven to me he has replaced the car has the same exact problems it did when he took it back. I have never had the opportunity of really driving this car because it has bin broken from ********. Being i was out of state and couldn't test drive or get the same feel you would in person dealer lied and withheld important information as to get me to buy. Even lied about the features or package. It didn't have a single advertised feature as well.
