            We hired this company in March 2020, I tried to contact them in 2021 to report damage on my roof due to installation mistakes, but there was no response. I keep trying, this time because It looks like the panels are not working properly, and there is still no response. In 2022 after Hurricane Ian I tried again to contact them to request service (to bring down the panels for the roofers to fix the roof) this time I found out that the company was not in business anymore. I hired another company to do the service and this company found out that the original installation was not finished (The Job was never completed). I'm stuck with a loan of $53,000.00 and on top of that, I need to pay another company to finish the job. Since the equipment has never been registered the process will take around 60 days to get everything up to date. With all that said it is frustrating that there is no law or government entity to help one defend himself from such a situation.
