            On 4/3/24 Superior Sheds installed a shed however, many of the wood frame and floor boards have large cracks in them being split by the nails. The door is extremely difficult to open. Door worked fine day one, however since they installed the shed unevenly it appears to have settled unevenly causing the door to be stuck. A phone call was made and **** promised their installers would come back to repair. Two emails sent 4/22/24 & 4/29/24 yet no response. Unable to use shed as it is unsafe and Superior Sheds will not respond.

            Terrible customer service. My shed developed a roof leak. They Finally sent someone to do the repair. I was told that since I had a gutter professionally installed to keep water from going under and possibly rotting the bottom, it voided my warranty. The gutters are attached to the facia, the leak was 5 feet up the roof, I wonder what planet water travels uphill !! They make any excuse not to Warranty there inferior product. They offered to repair it at my expense. If they cannot build a shed that doesn't leak from the factory, why would I pay for them to repair it

            We sincerely appreciate your business and can assure you that your voided warranty falls directly within the proper warranty guidelines. Our warranty policy voids warranty on any and all alterations regardless of the nature or size of the alteration. In many instances, alterations can lead to leaks which are not associated with the workmanship of our storage sheds. Additionally, all of our products are certified to meet state code, therefore any alteration may disqualify it from meeting code which is why any alterations will void your warranty. If you have any further questions or concerns please feel free to contact our warranty department.
