This company was hired by my mother to remodel her bathroom for easier access. She's in her 70s and on a fixed income. Joshua M. ******* came out to assess and provide an estimate for the features that she wanted. A price was agreed upon and work was to be started at the beginning of this year.
Since the initial agreement for the remodel, Joshua debited my mothers bank account half of the cost up front which is pretty standard practice but that is ALL he's done. He has permanently closed his orlando location and reopend listed in sanford. He is not answering or returning calls. He has stolen quite a large amount of money from my mother. If you call his listed phone numbers he eventually ends up blocking yours. He is a thief and untrustworthy individual.
Mr. ******* if you are reading this review which I doubt. You have 2 options ahead of you.
Option 1: return the deposit in full and be a good human being
Option 2: begin the work you agreed to by June 1st 2022.
Failure to take action using either of the above options will result in legal action being taken against you
