"Hello Miss ****** this is Lazy-boy furniture in Orlando calling in reference to an email that I had received from product support and I I guess you've been discussing the situation with your furniture um they are making an offer to offer a discount towards other merchandise in the store please give me a call when you receive this message my number is thank you very much..."
Why would I want to purchase something again that is peeling and I was misrepresented. I have purchased furnitures from a store with less reputation and have received a longer life line and customer service!! I am very disappointed with how this situation has been handled and the fact that they do not stems behind their product.

It is the customer's responsibility to report any concerns within the warranty timeframe, if able, or as soon as they begin to see the damage. In this particular case, the unit was purchased 5 years ago and our records indicate that the customer reached out to our Service Department on July 6, 2022, to report the issue for the first time.
In order to offer any additional compensation over an above what has already been offered, we would need photos of the unit, close up of the area of concern and a picture of the law label or product identification tag. With this additional information, we will be able to further assess the situation.
