              Have been there twice and they don't have the results of the medical procedures that they needed. I feel that before they me an appointment they should know if they have them or not and I ask for those results as soon as I got to the off ie and they told me they had them. They charged me for the visit, they dilated my pupils and made me wait again and they never had the results. They made me wait twice and then they told me they couldn't see me until February 2025 Thankyou I look forward for a resolution

              **** **** office cancelled my appointment 4 times. I called for an appointment and had a eye infection and the nurse gave me one for November and said someone would call me. Three weeks later I got an appointment because they never called back, in ********* with ** ****** I waited one hours and drove far and the nurse said we cancelled your appointment and the ** will not see you we can make another appointment. The staff is not nice and they just don't care. Then the ** will not see me with an infection that needed to be treated. I would not recommend any office with Magruder Eye.

              I am so sorry you had this experience.  I have sent the review to the leadership team at Magruder Eye.  They will investigate, re-train, and reach out with a new appointment date/time.  Someone should contact you early next week.
