            The service technician has been out multiple times and after the technician left we still had either spider issues and wasp issues. We have called in to customer service and they scheduled him back out only to still have the same issues over and over. We have tried to cancel the account multiple times because the job was not being done, only to be told they would discount the price so they would not lose us. Still every time they say they do the job we have bug issues. They have charged us $99 twice now and have not resolved the issue. I asked for a refund and they refused because they said "the job has been done" but it has not been done. I would like a refund for both those charges. I am now paying a new company to come do the job they could not do.

            Same issue as with *****. I tried cancelling during the first 3 days to avoid the penalty. They told me I would get a discounted rate of $50 a month if I didn't cancel. I stayed the following bill was not discounted. Now they want another $150 to cancel. That would be almost $500 in less than months! These crooks should go out of business.
