I paid cash & have yet to have my order done. I have been kind, patient & yet, my project is NOT finished. It is only 70% complete. This effects my resale value of house and, my safety. I will pull this down after They have done their job completly. I am hiring a lawyer to write a letter to them giving them once last chance before I sue. I don't want to sue but I paid cash and the project is not done. That means they have stolen from our family. When I win the judgement I will file it with the irs and/or come to their establishment and get said amount of their business product to pay their debt to me. I think the real problem here is they are using other businesses, subcontracting and this is causing scheduling issues. It's either that or greed. When they do come they are nice. If you can get them to you. I live in ******* *******. U.S. discount Shutters owes me a rear door install, 3 windows done but no electric to them to roll them up or down. And two french doors, the motors weren't strong enough. I can't even use one set to walk in and out. The other i can't put it back down or up. We were trapped in, ***** came and rolled it up and said new stronger motors would come. Nothing changed.
