            I have been trying to get ahold of someone for MONTHS. Like others, I have concerns about the validity of their business. I feel completely helpless because the number ALWAYS gives me busy signal. I am seeing overwhelmingly bad reviews about a company that I used to consolidate my student loans (Student Loan Hotline). They claimed to work with me and help consolidate my loans to receive the low monthly payments of $39. I would not recommend their services if you want someone to respond to you and help you through the confusion that is a loan consolidation. I feel like my ignorance was taken advantage of and now they will not answer calls or emails to help me feel better about the situation. I do not feel like they are a valid company, and I am hoping to receive help figuring out if they are. If they are not valid, I wish to have help getting my money back or finding someone who can help me just get away from this company and be done with it. I am really in need of help. I've been paying a monthly payment to them for over 2 years now and nothing has gone toward paying my student loans.
