A short background is, initially, I was HELPING my sister purchase her 1st home with her husband but their credit wasn’t good enough and needed a co-signer. So they’re three people involved in this home purchase. Please note, I gave up my 1st home owners benefit so they could have their house. The house was purchased through Anthony who is a long time friend of my sister . Long story short, this house needed to be sold due to financial setbacks and was then sold by Anthony, the same real estate who helped with the purchase. Mind you, the sale was highly reluctant , constant push-up from the two other parties would couldn’t sustain their house payments and Anthony , the real estate agent involved in this would continuously step out of his professional settings siding with his client friend when it came to selling the house, even though is equally involved all three us. Hence why I also wanted a non friend of the parties real estate but I was met with must pushback with that too… And the person giving their side of the story and their reasoning to why the house needed to be sold, has been known to be a pathological liar. She has constant sob stories, makes herself out to be a victim in every case and/or scenario, and doesn’t take any accountability for her actions. Simply trying to retrieve one document, I’m sure Anthony was aware of this fact, and told Ahmad to give me a hard time to retrieve it. I have no personal ties with Ahmad Sadiq to justify why he would treat me so unfairly and give me the run around for nearly two months. I was over it, I went into my emails, I found the escrow officer Maile ******, Who initially issued out the closing documents of the house, called her and spoke with her and within two minutes she emailed me all of the documents from the closing of the house.
