            I hired ************************ as ******* Detailing LLC through ******** messaging on August 26th 2023 to perform in his words "For full exterior detail with high speed buffing and a 3 year ceramic coating (gives it a mirror shine towards mold, mildew, algae in salt, water, erosion, and reduces bottom friction) will be around $300-350 comes with a warranty". We scheduled the detail on August 22nd 2023 for August 24th 2023 and on the 22nd he asked to reschedule for August 26th 2023. The August 26th 2023 appointment was held and ************************ detailed my boat in my front yard. The work appeared to be satisfactory and I paid ************************ $350 cash and did not provide any type of receipt however I do have pictures of him performing the work. On April 1st 2024 I ******** messaged ************************ explaining I had a few areas on the coat that the ceramic coat was already wearing off. The message was viewed but I did not receive a response. I wrote him again on April 4th 2024 asking he reply as soon as he gets a chance. The message again was viewed but I did not receive a response. I wrote him a 3rd time asking for him to reach out to me. On April 10th ***************************************************************** to send pictures of my concerns. That afternoon I sent him a series of pictures. ************************ Replied on April 14th 2024 that he would be in the area the next Friday Saturday and Sunday and asked if I could be available any of those days. April 15th 2024 I sent another photo of the roof of the boat and told him Friday or Sunday would be best. No Response. April 16th 2024 I messaged my Sunday was busy if he could come out Friday. No Response. April 19th 2024 I asked if he would be able to make it out that day. No response. April 22nd 2024 I messaged I am getting frustrated and would like to get this resolved. No Response. April 30th 2024 I reached out again. No response. Was Blocked on FB. I also have multiple calls and voicemails to ***********************. No response.

            Does not do what he promised. Says he will start in the morning but doesn't show up until days later after many excuses. Started working on my 35 foot RV at 3 in the afternoon. He worked on my RV for 3 hours what was supposed to be a wash and polish with a ceramic wax coat and roof coating. He collected for the job and promised to be back the following morning. Told me the ceramic coat had to dry for 12 hours. He asked for payment which I now regret doing. A week later it's still a sticky mess covered in bugs. I messaged him to ask when he was coming back to finish the job and he blocked me on his ******** page. When I called his number he blocked my phone number. After finding his online reviews on different sites it turns out he does this all the time.
