Absolute worse experience we have ever had in our lives. Very unprofessional. We started with a blown head gasket, went into sooo many more things, then went to needing a carburetor and then over $17,000 later they stopped working on vehicle, gave several excuses also daily and then refused to finish car and car is still not functioning, BEWARE OF THIS SHOP, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE. THEY ARE THEIVES, THEY ROB YOU OUT OF SEVERAL THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS WHILE NOT FIXING YOUR CAR, THEN WHEN ALMOST 2 YEARS PASS AND YOU CANNOT TAKE ANYMORE EXUSES THEY HAVE YOUR CAR TOWED BACK TO YOUR HOUSE. HORRIBLE TERRIBLE BUSINESS, THERY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN, HAD I KNOWN THEY WERE THIS WAY WE WOULD NOT HAVE DONE BUSINESS WITH THEM AND NEVER WILL AGAIN.

This customer was very vulgar and we tried many times to discourage them from investing any money into this car as it was not worth it. The car was bought out of a field and needed more repairs than was economically feasible. They would not listen to reason and expected more from what they paid for. At the end the customer became volatile and walked through our shop area in an aggressive manner and was asked to leave. The bill was never never paid on time and we were told many times they would make a payment but did not. At that end we decided to cut our losses and return the car to the customer who by the way still has an outstanding balance. Under the law we did not have to return he car until the bill was satisfied. However we are not in the business of keeping customers cars.

This man is lying in every way. We have receipts, emails and text messages that contradict everything he stated in his comment. Had I known he was a registered sex offender trafficking in pornography; that would have told me his character and we NEVER would have done business with him. Preying on children... How is he even able to operate a business across the street from a middle school where plenty children are. He swindled us out of our money by billing all these bogus repairs that were not even done to the vehicle per a new mechanic that is working on it. The car was not in a field. Within about 7 months they had billed us over $12k and then hadn't even done the work that was billed. The reviews on their website even show they have done this to several people in the past year. Had he explained the car cannot be fixed we definitely wouldn't have said oh ok, thats fine we have money to throw away just experiment and see what you come up with. Doesn't even sound logical. The only reason 1500 is left of bill is because they had gotten 16,500 at that point and we were not seeing progress and they said that would be discounted and we would not have to pay that, I even have emails to verify that. When we started expressing our concerns about our money they had gotten and the car was still not fixed and they had already swindled us out of $16,500 they towed the car to my house and mind you it is still not working. They need to be shutdown IMMEDIATELY!!! AND TO BE TOLD THEY HAVE TO GET AWAY FROM THAT SCHOOL WHERE INNOCENT CHILDREN ARE AND HE IS A SEX OFFENDER!!!
